Bulletin B Info +
Bulletin B takes its name from a semantic play on translation, borrowing from the phonetic of the word 비형식 in Korean, as an inverted way to describe an 'unofficial newsletter.' In this spirit, the publication is a B-side of sorts, an underbelly of words and ideas...The publication is an irregular gathering of contemporary and archival findings— spanning poetry and prose, cultural research, and musings from the diasporic/Korean community with an emphasis on womxn and queer voices.

Co-founded and co-edited by Joan Lee and Maria Jooyoung.
Translation and writing for issue 1 by Joan Lee.

Issue 1 includes poems by Hyemi Lee, translated from the original Korean into English, archival photographic material and writing by the late Korean-Hawaiian dance choreographer Halla Pai Huhm, stills from an artwork by Heesoo Kwon, and a thesis excerpt on the Korean poet Kim Hyesoon by Ruixin Zhou, translated from the original Korean into English.
